We bought our qashqai from grace motors after a string of bad luck and bad experiences with previous cars, and were feeling very sceptical and nervous about buying again. But Tibu really did live up to the amazing reviews we'd read about him online. He is totally trustworthy and delivered everything he said he would. We're really happy with our car, but we did have a couple of teething problems - a warning light and faulty key etc in the early days. However, when we gave Tibu a call to let him know, he assured us he would sort it all out no problem, and came to our house to have a look the next week. He then spent a long time trying to figure out what was going on, before taking the car to his garage and providing us with a courtesy car. Tibu went above and beyond for us with the repairs and even gave us a new key, as well as reprogramming the spare. His customer service was second to none, he even helped with moving the baby seat and transferring everything when we swapped back, and we would certainly return to him when the time comes to buy again. Manage was very helpful and was a pleasure to deal with, I had a recent issue and the dealer delt with this within 24 hours and my car was back on the road within 36 hours. Very rare these days to have a dealer keep to their word! I would definitely buy from again.
